Dive Deeper with Atom and Luna! - Fab Free Educational Resources for KS2

Calling all Key Stage 2 teachers and youth groups!

Enhance your children's learning experience with our exciting educational resources tied to our Autumn tour of The Chronicles of Atom and Luna. We offer a variety of options to spark creativity, explore themes, and delve deeper into the world of the play, suitable for ages 6-11.

Here's what awaits you:

  • Live Stream from Rehearsals: Get a behind-the-scenes glimpse on Tuesday, September 10th at 9:45 AM BST! Meet the actors, puppets, and the creative team as they bring the play to life. Ask questions (submitted beforehand) and experience the magic of the rehearsal room. Alternatively, watch on-demand at a time that suits you and your group from Wednesday, September 11th - contact linleymatt@gmail.com to book on and receive the link.

  • National Poetry Day Zoom Sessions (Limited Slots): On October 2nd and 3rd, Murray Lachlan Young, the playwright, and the cast will join your class virtually! Murray will share his own poetry, including excerpts from Atom and Luna, and we will explore the National Poetry Day theme of "standing on the shoulders of giants" through our favourite poets. Get creative writing tips and have your pre-arranged questions answered. These 30-minute sessions are limited to 10 slots, so don't miss out - contact linleymatt@gmail.com for booking (first come, first served).

  • Free Classroom/Group Resources: Our fantastic resource pack, available while stocks last, includes:

    • A copy of Tales from the Forest (RRP £15): This captivating book showcases the backstory of Atom and Luna, featuring beautiful illustrations and poems by Murray Lachlan Young and Bek Palmer.

    • The Great Oak story cards and show posters: Enhance your classroom display and engage students with these interactive materials.

    • 30 Atom and Luna leaflets: Spread the word about the play and ignite curiosity within your group.

Bonus! The resource pack (released in September) may also include stickers, seed activity cards, or additional story cards (subject to availability).  For your copy contact linleymatt@gmail.com
